“A Friend of Mine” Senior Services provides professional, personal care, and companionship services allowing our clients to safely remain in their own homes, senior/assisted living community, or with family. Clinical research has revealed that people stay healthier and recover quicker from illness or surgery in the comfort of their own home. However, today's busy lifestyles can deprive family and friends of the time and energy required to keep a loved one safely at home. Fortunately, we provide the necessary help to meet important daily needs of the home-bound individual, individuals requiring attention in nursing/retirement homes as families live out of town or are lacking the time to visit as often as they would like or to just lessen the stress of day to day life for many of our seniors and people with disabilities.

“A Friend of Mine” is invested in the community it resides and is designed to meet the needs of the ever changing world of the aged or people with disabilities. “A Friend of Mine” is, in part, the answer to many demands on the world of the aged and people with disabilities, on the working family, out-of-town family, seniors living together; alone or to assist with special events in need of special recognition. I hope to become that special “friend” , not just that someone who may cook, clean, run errands, etc. As a business, we understand the needs of our seniors and people with disabilities. As parents and family members, we understand the necessity of setting special time aside for those that are alone and need assistance and/or companionship. “A Friend of Mine” strives to accomplish these goals, in Lindsay and surrounding areas.
